To increase my productivity, I develop my way of getting things done acorrdin to some fundamantal GTD rules.

Buy three kinds of Tips in different color
built a task wall (if you are not addited to internet and computer, you can built in on the computer)
Define "power" of the three colors: for instance, blue is prior, yellow is priorer and red is the priorest.
Finish 3 core tasks in 12 hours in a day
if you can finish something in 2 minutes, do it right now.
if the task is too big, please cut it into four pieces
set the real cost of time twice as much as that of supposed time
