再读施拉姆《传播学概论》-2 - [【媒介随感】]

（1）新的媒体：替代抑或激励？
电视的普及和电脑的普及所产生的效应有不少相似之处。其中有一个问题：究竟电视的普及会减少人们使用其他媒介的时间（替代效应）或是增加了人们使用其他传媒的时间呢？（激励效应）似乎不同的研究有着不同的结果。这是值得研究的问题。

（2）使用媒体的趋势
人们使用媒体的趋势是什么呢？一、时间上延长；二、越来越趋向“一心两用”，人们或者是“听电视+办公”、“驾驶+听广播”总是是将刺激听觉的媒介和刺激视觉的媒介分开；从而在时间有限的情况下，增加使用媒体的效率。

（3）一个问题
中国人眼中最可信的媒体是什么？是有图像的电视？是有草根报道的网络？还是深度报道的报纸呢？这是一个值得研究的问题。


（3）标题与深入新闻
被动刺激视觉的媒体（如电视、网络视频）可以作为标题式的新闻，激发人们做主动刺激视觉的媒体（如报纸、书籍），因为只有这些主动刺激视觉的媒体能帮助他们深入了解新闻。（联想到很多电视后的 to know more, please click www.XXxx.com)

（4）互联网的综合
互联网几乎是所有媒介的综合；它能报道以前由邻居或朋友的近事（如SNS），也可以报道远事（如美国总统大选）；它能报道动事（如视频）也能报道静事（如报纸画面）；它能报道主动和被动刺激视觉的新闻（前者如报纸、后者如视频），也能报道刺激听觉的新闻（如广播、音乐）……

（5）电视学习
通过电视进行的学习，是不成系统的、非线性的学习。需要用书面的文字媒介的、配合老师讲解的系统学习来补充。

（6）电视机的拟态世界
电视为小朋友们描绘了一个充满了冲突的世界，电视剧里的戏剧冲突、政治上军事上的冲突……

（7）电视VS明星
电影媒介创造了电影明星、广播媒介创造了DJ明星、而无所不报导的电视媒介创造了政治明星、学术明星、主持人明星。
 
（8）议程设置
议程设置的本质：告诉你想什么，而不是怎么想。人们接受知识需要经过三个层次：认知、形成态度、转换为行动。议程设置在第一个层次上影响了受众。

（9）报纸=电视把关人
报纸似乎充当了电视新闻的把关人。电视新闻根据感兴趣的报纸新闻扩大成电视新闻。

再读施拉姆《传播学概论》

（1）五个革命
发达国家似乎都经历了五个革命来到这当代社会。政治革命实现了民主，教育革命实现了知识的普及，农业革命实现了土地配置，工业革命机械化大批量生产让我们丰衣足食，信息革命让我们更快的知天下事。这五个革命的过程，是五种有限资源从中心向边缘扩散的过程：权力、知识、土地、机器、信息……

（2）信息过量
信息过量是对人的一种冲击，因为人处理信息的能力是十分有限的。如何从容的面对这一冲击是人类的一大课题。有什么方法能不让人在浩如烟海的信息世界中不因自己有限的时间、精力、能力而内疚？于是面对扑面而来的信息巨浪，有人选择挣扎，有人选择放弃。

（3）知识的马太效应
知识是具有马太效应的。正如越富有的人因其雄厚资本的站在门槛之上而越来越富，知识丰富的人站在知识的门槛之上越来越具有知识。

（4）自言自语（略）

（5）信息与公共物品
信息是个奇妙的物体。我们可以说信息没有排他性，信息是可以共享的，有些事情知道的人越多越有价值，比如名气。我们可以说它没有竞争性，因为信息创造出来，大家都可以享用。但我们不能说信息是公共物品，因为从另一方面，也可以说信息有竞争性，比如考试的内部信息，知道的人越多效用越低。信息的价值高低究竟要如何判断呢？似乎我们得通过将信息分类来确定：公共性信息、机密性信息

（6）人与机器
如果一个虔诚的基督徒，会承认自己永远也成为不了上帝。因为上帝造了人，但不会造出超越自己的人。同理，人究竟能不能造出超越自己的机器？人能够操纵机器，是因为人认知并掌握了规则，用计算机的术语来说就是programme。但是有很多规则是人无法认知、无法掌握的，（我或许是个不可知论者）人既然无法认知又如何运用呢？

大学生做网商？ - [【媒介随感】]

问题北京：淘宝最近推出了“网络就业创业护航行动”——很明显的一个公关行动。
以下列出我个人觉得大学生走网商之路的几个关键问题：
1.内部动力问题
作为理性人的大学生，其从商、而且是网商的意愿如何？
2. 内部条件问题
商业知识是否足够、是否有心理准备
3.外部条件问题
启动基金是否能获得、商品渠道如何打通、
1+2+3 = 大学生的决策参数

4.社会问题
究竟多少人会因为就业困难问题而“入网从商”？
大量大学生成为网商后会对互联网产生什么样的影响？
在购买力不会大量增长的情况下，大学生“下海”对他们是福还是祸？

这些都是值得讨论和研究的问题。后续效果，兮兮密切关注。

尤其在“网购”上，男女比例居然相差最为悬殊，

女性使用比例多于男性10个百分点 ，

为什么会产生这种现象呢?

 

是原始社会女性被分工于“采集食物”自然进化后的基因作祟

导致现实中购物欲的网络延伸？或是……（请填上你的观点）

陈易子欣观点：男人的网购是物质需要，女人的网购则是物质精神双享受，因此女生愿意花更多时间成本来享受网购带来的精神愉悦。

超级爱网购的小晶子的观点：

1、价格便宜，买同样的商品花更少的银子是一件非常有成就感的事情

2、商品种类多，只有你想不到的，没有你买不到的

【察】撕口：你选雀巢还是麦斯威尔？ - [【用户体验】]

速溶咖啡爱好者们，你们是雀巢还是麦斯威尔的忠诚使用者？（当然，不排除两者皆是和还是皆否的情况）我曾是雀巢口味的支持者，却因为小小的撕口问题倒戈向了麦氏阵营.



（1）撕口的水平与垂直

细心的人会发现，雀巢咖啡在方袋时期是水平撕口的，但是到了长条袋时期便变成了锯齿状的垂直撕口。而麦氏的咖啡则似乎一直是长条袋水平撕口的。


（2）包装袋的学问

各类商品在选择制作水平撕口还是垂直撕口上都下了很大的功夫。不难发现，无论是牛奶、豆浆、冰淇淋、小面包、饼干、萨其马大部分的撕口都还是锯齿状垂直的撕口。也不乏一些水平撕口的包装，比如伊利的牛奶、板蓝根、一些袋装的药。


（3）水平撕口的好与坏

与垂直撕口相比，我个人比较倾向水平撕口。以下列举水平撕口的好处和坏处：

水平撕口优点：

a.符合人们拆信的习惯（尽管没做过实证研究，但是我感觉大家应该都是平着撕信的吧！）
b.因为撕口是平的，撕后基本不破坏整体包装的美观
c.对于咖啡来说，不会突然溢出咖啡粉

水平撕口缺点：

a.撕口太隐蔽，有时候很久才能发现
b.撕口太少。当仅有的几个撕口失效后。对不起，你只能用剪刀了@@


（4）产品设计

撕口虽小，但在设计上仍须用心。
都说设计要 “ 以人为本 ” ，但是 “ 人 ” 是有差异的，
相信大家有人喜欢水平撕口，有人喜欢垂直撕口。
像这些大批量生产的东西如何能适应大多数 “ 人 ” 呢？
所以，设计是以调研为基础的。
适合你的东西不一定适合别人，
拍脑袋，凭空想 “ 好 ” 与 “ 坏 ” 那你设计出来的东西只能靠运气了！

传统媒体的出路或许在于小众性 - [【业界观察】]

Persistence　 - [【英文写作】]

there is a wise old saying that: in the confrontation between the stream and the rock, the stream always wins - not by strength but by persistence.

althrough the power of persistence is infinite, it will not guarantee a success. a blind persistence will lead to nothing but a failure. To avoid a blind persistence, firstly you have to make sure it is the right thing for you to persist. at this stage, you can use the method of try-error, after a few attempts you will find out which direction will lead you to success. this will take you a long time but try to control it at its minimal as possible. Secondly, discard what doesn't work and stick with the right technique that works. that is the essence part of persistence and the ultimate key to success.

Build your self-confidence　 - [【英文写作】]

I always wonder that how could those confident people so sure about their achievement in life goals in the future? To seek the answer, I asked many people how to build self-confidence. someone told me to walk 25% faster than usual. others told me to read some inspired statements out loud in the morning. i used to do that but still feel very unconfident when doing something new.

Perhaps confidence grows through experience and repetition, because the only situation i feel confident is doing something that i have successful experience with. Psychologically, people tend to have doubts and insecurities when in a new situation. therefore, the most effective method to build your confidence may be to seperate the tricky new task into many that you are familiar with, and use your apprehension as a stimulus to take action. besides, you should step out of your comfort zone to increase your chance of encountering new situations, and never waste a opportunitiy to practice your abilities in all aspects.

Maybe your self-confidence will take a hit occasionally, since things will not always work out the way you hoped. But don't worry, failure provides you some information that success will not. Just smile broadly to your failure and always look at the bright side of life. If you want get back your confidence, outlining your awards and successes. that's what i do to restore my self-confidence.

nowadays, pressure is everywhere. no matter how hard you try to avoid it, it will find you anyway. yesterday, a couple of lovers suicided after breaking up. they are both seniors at my university. Rumors says that the girl just successed in her GEE, but the boy failed unfortunately. and the girl wanted to break up but the boy refused. and then the boy got so angry as to killed the girl and threw her out of the window. after doing this, the boy felt so hopeless and committed suicide too. ... what a terrible story! As a schoolmate at their same age, i can understand the pressure they have. however, what pressure would make them to give up their life and jump up from 6 floors? what pressure cannot be handled? i don't know the detail story, perhaps they had a big fight before doing the stupid thing. maybe i don't have to right to criticise them for not being in such a situation, but i still want to express my view point that life is the most valuable thing in the world, we should not give up lives just because we want to. pressure should not be the reason for us to kill ourselves but the impetus of fighting for a better life. why are adults hard to learn foreign languages? Is it because they have a poor memory? maybe the answer is no.

adults have the experience of learning their first language. if they can use this experience to learn a new one, it will not be so hard. but in reality, it is quite the opposite. adults have problems not only to memorize new words but also use them for communication. are their language learning experience useless? of course not. the potential reason is that adults forgot how they have learnt their first language.

Imagine when we were all infants, we were curious about anything we see and hear. we imtated all we had heard, we asked about all we had saw and never fear of being wrong. However, when we grown up, we lost the curiosity about the world and fear so much of making mistakes. To avoid embarrassment, we continue to use the language we have already mastered and unwilling to practise a foreign languages.  

Beside the environment, we adults need another two things to master a foreign language: the enthusiasm of learning a language and the "courage" to use it. So, to learn a new language well, you have to be an infant again. "stay hungry,  stay foolish"!

Analysing three kingdoms by Yi Zhongtian

I am so in love with the history of three kingdoms,
I have learnt so much by analysing the behaviors of those heroes in this period,

I am watching "Analysing three kingdoms by Yi Zhongtian".
I like the way that Yi Zhongtian expresses the points of scholars to the public.
I consider him a great man to tell complicated stories in such a simply way .
But I can understand why there were so many people to criticize him.

Why Science can be expressed to public in a simply but interesting way, but Humanities Knowledge only can be considered as things for elites and the porpulization of which a misleading?

效率优先：核心问题法 My GTD Methods

To increase my productivity, I develop my way of getting things done acorrdin to some fundamantal GTD rules.

1. Buy three kinds of Tips in different color
2. built a task wall (if you are not addited to internet and computer, you can built in on the computer)
3. Define "power" of the three colors: for instance, blue is prior, yellow is priorer and red is the priorest.
4. Finish 3 core tasks in 12 hours in a day
5. if you can finish something in 2 minutes, do it right now.
6. if the task is too big, please cut it into four pieces
7. set the real cost of time twice as much as that of supposed time

Diary just like a mirror, it will give you a reflection about you and all the things around you. When you are tire at the end of the day, why not write something that can be the records of your future success?
